Bandits Phoenix Rising
Usually, car combat games come in two flavors: kart racing or futuristic city gone awry. With only a few exceptions , these games usually aren't seen on the PC. Sure, you can bring up Carmegeddon, Insane, or even the Midtown Madness series to a certain degree, but none of them really attempted to take the Mad Max approach to the genre. Until now.

Tri Synergy Bandits: Phoenix Rising
Strengths: Great game. Funny characters. Very Replayable.
Weakness: None that I can think of. You can't find a better game for under $7!
It's your basic driving, post apocolyptic, mad max style, 3rd person shooter. It runs ridiculously smooth as it's an older game. Good graphics for it's era and it's an older game so there aren't any 50 mile long passwords that you have to enter to get it to run or any $3000 system requirements. You and some buddies can play it via LAN as a break from UT2004 or BF2 and not worry about...
