Strengths: Great Graphics, excellent sequel to the game of the year

Weakness: space background could use a little work, gameplay takes a little while to get used to

This game has never ceased to amaze me. The Clarity and brightness of the graphics and the overall feel of the game is just extremely smooth. I would recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a good game to play. It has so many different elements of strategy and flexibility of a space sim mixed with real time strategy. Get this game, you wont regret it

Strengths: Beautiful ships, background, and space objects. Fun, huge battle. Nice user interface. Moddable.

Weakness: Lame single missions storyline. Dumbed down strategy. Annoying changes that's supposed to make the game 'better'

After waiting for years for this product, I was initially blown away by the amazing graphic. Gun turret rotates and kickbacks when it fires. Blazing trails of ships engines (though it becomes annoying in a huge battle, can't see anything with all those engine trails all over the screen). Explosion really rocks! Homeworld2 is an amazing RTS game. Despite the fact it's not as great as the game would've been if Sierra would've kept their noses out of development, it still manages to awe and excite me much like Homeworld did. Weakness: need very fast computer to play it can become slightly repetitive at times

I have now played Homeworld 2 for quite some time and I can say I thoroughly enjoy it.
