fgreat cooker and SAFE

Strengths: easy to use, easy to set and easy to de-steam. All my fears of pressure cooking are gone. great pot, easy clean up!!!!

Weakness: only one is the plastic gasket, i am afraid i will tear it so i recommend the pot have at least two in the package.

Again, i was afraid, really afraid to use a pressure cooker but now stew, rump roast, brown rice, stuffed cabbage, everything comes out great and easy! No more days of watching folks with split pea soup on the walls! Try stewed game hens with brown rice and carrots in white wine...done in 20 minutes.........just need the recipe book to be larger. i use that for ideas of time......

Yay!!! Finally got a decent pressure cooker

Strengths: Stylish and safe

Weakness: None

We always cook beef stew and stuff which takes almost 1 hr for a single serving. Have been searching for pressure cooker for a while, but seems have no many choices. Those traditional pressure cookers were very ugly yet still pricy, and for electric pressure cooker you certainly do not have other option than this one if you need a decent brand. This very model seems to be the only one with decent brand name in US market.

Design is stylish and powerful. Now we can reduce the cooking time by 1/2!! SO far so good
